Sarah Arnold
Mrs. Sarah is owner/program director of STEPS, Co-Director and Coach of All-Star teams, choreographer, class instructor, and certified ZUMBA instructor. Mrs. Sarah grew up dancing and was a participant with Jana's Jump Shoppe. She was a 3 year member of JCHS Dance Team where she served as captain for 1 year and the first of JCHS to be named UDA All-Star in 2002, Assistant Coach and Choreographer of the JCHS Dance Team from 2003-2005 and took over the team as Coach from 2005-2009. In 2009, Mrs. Sarah was the recipient of the UDA 360 Coaching Excellence award and was certified through NFHS for dance technique. Most recently, she was featured in March 2011-SHE Magazine out of Columbus, IN. In her spare time she enjoys friends, and family time.

Morgan Judd
Miss Morgan is class instructor, choreographer, and Co-Director and Coach of All-Star teams. She has a background of classes in Hip Hop, Jazz, and Tumble. She was a member of JCMS Dance Team where she served as captain her 8th grade year and JCHS Dance Team where she served as captain for 2 years. She auditioned and was named UDA All-Star in 2007. Aside from her love of dance, she is also a 6th grade teacher at North Vernon Elementary. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and watching football. "GO COLTS!"

Heather Barber
Mrs. Heather Barber will be leading our Tumble/Gymnastics program. She is no stranger to our community and surrounding county's youth. Her arts background includes gymnastics, tap, ballet, and jazz over a span of seven years with Jana's Jump Shoppe. She was involved with team, cheer, and tumble classes at Madison's Gymnastics World for two years, JCMS/JCHS Cheerleader, JCHS Swim Team, JCMS Dive Team Junior Coach. Aside from lengthy artistic background, she has worked with daycare programs and is an occupational therapist currently in her 5th year with Jennings County Schools. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her two amazing children, Xavier (6) and Charli (4).

Eva Arnold
Mrs. Eva danced as a child for twelve years in tap, jazz, Pom, and gymnastics, then became a member of the JCHS softball team. She earned her associates degree in Early Childhood Education from IvyTech in 2011. She then worked at Human Services as a teacher for Early Head Start for 2.5 years in the 6 week to 3 year class. She is familiar with conscious discipline and is excited to use her skills to educate and benefit children and their families while having a blast! She left her job to stay at home with her two beautiful children Levaeh (3) and Liam (3months) and to care for other children throughout the week. She enjoys spending time with her family and crafting when possible.

Sally Woods
Sally ran track and cross country during her years at JCMS and JCHS but really found her love and enjoyment for running while in college. She used running as a way to maintain weight, keep in shape, and manage stress level. She had begun doing 5k races about 10 years ago and enjoyed seeing if her time had gotten slower or faster. Sally has placed in her races a few times, but not many. She believes the race isn't about winning; it's about finishing, a sense of accomplishment, bettering herself, and raising money for charity. She has also been a participant in 10k races, 10 Milers, and two Mini-Marathons. In her spare time she enjoys time with her family, reading, and cooking.

Katie Bridgeman
Katie Bridgeman is a dance minor at Purdue University and has spent the last four years with Purdue Contemporary Dance Company and collaborating with students and faculty in X-Works, the dance division's student-directed performances. She instructs all ages in modern, ballet, technique, and special needs classes with Dancer's Studio Inc. She has twice had the opportunity to travel with professors to the American College Dance Festival and the Rocky Mountain Choreography Festival to perform in works of theirs. The year before my college dance career, I had the opportunity to perform as the sugar plum fairy in DS's The Nutcracker and to partner with Tim June of Indianapolis' Dance Kaleidoscope and to attend four summer intensives at Ballet San Jose, Interlochen Arts Camp, and Louisville Ballet.

Angie Kelley
Mrs. Angie started clogging at age 9, looking forward to class each week! She made her start with recreational classes and moved into competitive clogging where she remained throughout college until the age of 21. Aside from clogging, she is a 2nd grade teacher at St. Mary's School. In her spare time she loves spending time with her family and playing with Maggie, the family furbaby.
