Sarah Arnold
Sarah is owner/program director for STEPS, Co-Director/Coach for STEPS All-Star Program, choreographer, and class instructor. Mrs. Sarah grew up dancing and was a student with Jana's Jump Shoppe. She was a three year member of JCHS Dance Team where she served as captain for one year. Mrs. Sarah was the first of JCHS Dance to be named UDA All-Star in 2002. She served as assistant coach and choreographer of the JCHS Dance Team from 2003-2005 and took head coaching position from 2005-2009. In 2009, she was the recipient of the UDA 360 Coaching Excellence award and certified through NFHS for dance technique. She was featured in March 2011- SHE Magazine our of Columbus, IN. She has taken Master Classes from many top and currently working choreographers such as Mark Kanemura from So You Think You Can Dance. Most recently, traveling to NYC for classes at Broadway Dance Center.

"Dance for me was/is expression, stress relief, a sport, an extra curricular joy. It was/is my life. It helped me see self-worth and still continues to as a leader. STEPS is my passion, my purpose, my reason. I work around the clock for this program creating some kind of magic in a student's world while having instructors with experience, dedication, and knowledge. A program like this is a rite of passage for children. It can be where they find their passion and calling. The benefits of dance are endless! I'm grateful for an amazing staff that are also leading the way! "

Morgan Likens
Morgan has been apart of STEPS since 2006! She is a recreational class instructor, choreographer, and coach/co-director of nationally ranked STEPS All-Stars Competitive Program. She has a background of classes in Hip Hop, Jazz, and Tumble. She was a member of JCMS Dance Team where she served as caption her 8th grade year and JCHS Dance Team where she served as captain for two years. By audition, she was named UDA All-Star in 2007. She has taken master classes from Mark Kanemura from So You Think You Can Dance. She is a member of United States All-Star Federation for Dance and Cheer.

"Dance is a healthy way to express emotions, stay active, and meet new people. I love this program because instructors work together to create structured curriculum that challenges, engages, and promotes confidence in young dancers. Children are so impressionable and I am proud to be part of a program that provides a positive outlet for the youth in our community!"

Kaydee Sandefur
Kaydee has 12 years of student experience with STEPS! She has participated in several styles of dance and tumble classes. She joined the STEPS Student Leadership program as an instructor assistant in 2009 and has since been an amazing role model and positive leadership for students. In addition, she is currently a three year member of our STEPS All-Star Competitive Program.

"I absolutely love working with the kids, helping them be the best they can be, and sharing my passion for dance. STEPS is my home away from home".

Whitney Eder
Whitney has a total of 13 years dance experience and been a student with STEPS since our very first season. Prior to her first year with us, she attended Tammy's Dance Studio in Seymour, IN. Whitney has experience in both tumble and dance. She joined the STEPS Student Leadership program as an instructor assistant in 2010. Whitney received Milestone recognition for 5 and 10 years as a student. She has attended Master Classes with Cyrus Spencer and Mark Kanemura from So You Think You Can Dance. She was a four year member of our STEPS All- Star Competitive Program. In addition to her student accomplishments, she co-coached our Opals to a Grand Champion win at Nationals!

Tiara Cheesebrew
Before jumping into the student leadership program, Tiara had been a student for 3 years. She has been a student as well as student leadership for the past 6 years. She spent two years with JCMS Dance Team. She has been a member of STEPS All-Stars since 2011. She has been instructing students since 2013. Her favorite style in all of her studies is jazz!

"I love dance because it gives me opportunity to express myself in positive ways and put away any negative we encounter. I love this program because we have a great staff, great class, and more importantly awesome students. I love being a role model for this community and look forward to helping them grow and succeed."

Tasha Gibson
She is joining our staff as lead tumble and cheer instructor. She started her journey taking gymnastics classes at Madison Gymnastics World as a child, gymnastics at Scottsburg All-Star Tumbling. She was a JCMS and JCHS Cheerlead for grades 7-12. In addition to supporting her school, she was a competitive cheerleader for Scottsburg All-Star Tumbling for two years. She and her team placed second at Nationals her final season of competitive cheer. In addition to being part of our staff, she proudly has children involved in our program!

Payton Olivera
Payton spent her dance childhood at Tammy's Dance Studio as a nine year recreational student and took classes in ballet, tap, jazz, and pom. She then came to STEPS where she was a recreational student taking Hip Hop and variety class. She was member of JCMS Dance, a three member of JCHS Dance serving one year as captain. She was a two year STEPS All-Star and graduating senior from our program. Since, she served two years as a collegiate dancer with Vincennes University Blazerettes, one year captain!

"I love dance because it's a great outlet from the rest of the world. I love this program because it's like a second family and such a positive environment!"

Jenny Ray
Jenny is our friendly Seymour face you will see to greet you at front reception for tuition, questions, etc. She is a happy and smiling soul with a heart for dance and proudly has two dancers involved in our Seymour program. She will be sure to provide the best customer service in the land!

"I think STEPS just blew everyone away, the audience was all smiles. What you are doing is so so great! I am so proud to be part of this amazing staff!"

Kristie Asbury
Kristie is our friendly Vernon location face you will see to greet you in the office for tuition, questions, etc. She is such a positive and people person! She proudly has a dancer involved in our competitive program! She will do a wonderful job for you and give you the best customer service in the land!

Jaime Zeser
Jamie joined our coaching staff in 2013 with STEPS All-Stars Competitive Program. She cocoached our Opal team to a Grand Champion finish at Nationals! She is a problem solver and great leader for our program. In addition to being on our coaching staff, she proudly has two dancers in our All-Star program!
